Fold Down Parking Posts which have a built in heavy duty Spring, designed to allow the Post to move slightly should a vehicle hit the Post, this reduces damage to the Post & Vehicle. Cowhells rope inside connect the body post and rubber base. Removable bollard post twist-locks into base. The bollard can be removed if required or installed using epoxy or masonry anchors.
